Office Assistant - Used Car Sales and Purchase

Location: Happyhome Cars, Near Bakrol Toll Plaza, SP Ring Road, Ahmedabad

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare car sale and purchase agreements accurately and efficiently.
- Take high-quality photos of cars and create compelling advertisements for online platforms.
- Manage and organize car-related paperwork, ensuring all documents are properly filed.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and messages.
- Assist with general office tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide administrative support as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in using computers and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office suite).
- Familiarity with online platforms for posting advertisements is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- A keen interest in cars and the automotive industry is advantageous.

How to Apply:
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
