Greet and Welcome: Warmly greet all visitors, clients, and partners as they arrive at the office. Create a positive and friendly first impression.
Visitor Management: Maintain a log of visitors, issue visitor badges, and ensure compliance with security protocols. Notify concerned employees of visitor arrivals.
Admin Support: Provide administrative support, including photocopying, filing, data entry, and managing office supplies. Assist with various administrative tasks as assigned.
Scheduling: Manage conference room bookings, coordinate meeting schedules, and assist in organizing company events, workshops, and seminars.
Handling Inquiries: Address inquiries from visitors, clients, and employees regarding the company's products, services, and operations.
Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times. Monitor and maintain the overall appearance of the office lobby.
Collaboration: Liaise with different departments to relay messages, manage deliveries, and facilitate communication between team members.
Coordination: Coordinate with the facilities team for maintenance and repair needs related to the front desk area.
Assist HR: Assist the HR department with onboarding procedures, including new hire paperwork and orientation logistics.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional relevant certifications or training is a plus.
Experience: Previous experience as a Front Desk Executive, Receptionist, or in a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in English is required.
Customer Service: Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Professionalism: Maintain a professional appearance and behavior at all times. Uphold the company's values and represent the organization positively.
Problem-Solving: Demonstrate the ability to handle unexpected situations and resolve challenges with a proactive attitude.
Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to evolving responsibilities and take on new tasks as needed.
**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
