The dietitian will be an integral part of the diet consultation & lifestyle management program that we run for a bouquet of clientele. The role will be directly reporting to the Head of Operations and is expected to have a keen understanding of the Diet Consulation and holistic approach in patient health management.

**Qualification:

- Graduate with said background - Dietitian (Bachelor’s degree)
- Post graduation would be an added advantage

**Experience:

- **
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Diet consultation
- Must be a registered and practicing dietitian

**Skills required:

- **
- Experience handling chronically ill patients - Obesity, Hypertension, Diabetes, Hyperlipidemia etc.
- Good medical knowledge
- Excellent interpersonal skills and rapport buidling with the patients
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to interpret lab tests and other investigative reports

**As a Dietitian, you would be primarily responsible to:

- **
- Develop diet plans and implement interventions based on knowledge of the patient’s current health
- Complete monthly, quarterly and yearly assessments of clients and adapt nutrition plans as needed
- Provide nutrition education and counseling for patients
- Identifying patients at risk via continuous monitoring of their diet
- Individually able to create diet plans as per the standard guidelines and in compliance with the
- Tweaking the diet charts as per the patient’s preference or health status
- Able to analyze the effectiveness of interventions and use metrics to implement data-driven improvements
- Actively keep up with the latest nutritional research, integrating new findings into diet plans and nutritional services
- The ideal applicant has prior experience providing nutrition education to patients and mitigating risk factors
- Coordinating with the patients and then relaying the information to the respective program manager daily
