Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- **Office Management**: Maintain a well-organized office environment by managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- **Document Management**: Prepare, organize, and file documents both physically and digitally.
- **Scheduling**: Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordinating staff activities.
- **Data Entry**: Accurately enter and update data in relevant systems and databases.
- **Support Staff**: Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- **Presentation**: Ensure the office is clean, presentable, and welcoming at all times.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- **Basic English Communication**: Ability to speak and write in basic English effectively.
- **MS Office Proficiency**: Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- **Presentable Appearance**: Professional and neat appearance suitable for an office environment.
- **Organization**: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- **Time Management**: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- **Problem-Solving**: Basic problem-solving skills to address and resolve minor office issues.
- **Team Player**: Cooperative attitude with the ability to work well within a team.
- **Adaptability**: Flexibility to adapt to changing office needs and handle unforeseen tasks.
Education and Experience:
- **Education**: Graduate with any discipline
- Salary: 8000- 10000 per month
