**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Lead Generation & Follow up on Leads.
- Regular follow ups on calls and call status to be recorded.
- Handling customer queries.
- Coordinating with the marketing team to help them execute activities relevant to the role.
- Regular accumulation, verification and maintenance of client master data.
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
- Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential customers, providing technical information and explanations, and preparing presentations.
- Ensuring daily/week updates of pipeline & provide accurate forecast to the sales leadership team.
- Work closely with outside sales representatives and distributors to acquire new opportunities.
- Generating Qualified leads and align Business Manager with Customer for IT Training's and services.

**EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 2 YEARS**

**SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES**:

- Good English Communication and Interpersonal skills with an understanding of IT Service offerings
- Having Tele calling skills would be an added advantage
- Need Sharp resources with a winning attitude and willingness to learn.

**EDUCATION QUALIFICATION**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Sales or Marketing.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
