**Job Title/Designation**: DGM/ AGM- Talent Acquisition & HR Business Partner, Ahmedabad**Employment Type**: Full Time, Permanent**Responsibilities**:
To develop and implement HR (Human Resources) plans and solutions to achieve strategic business initiatives and deliver results.
Business partnering with focus on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment
To identify, review and analyze trends, recommend best practices to achieve improve d performance, better retention, employee experience, and drive cultural management.
Provide management coaching to build leadership capabilities to address and resolve employee issues
Assess training and learning requirements, adaptable to changing technology environment by Implement/administer/interpret corporate training policies/programs/procedures
Plan, manage and provide continuous improvement to all aspects of the organization and leadership review process and the strategic objectives therein. Focusing on performance management and talent development.
Partner with managers to retain, develop and motivate people to achieve their fullest potential.
Assess, design, and implement employee engagement initiatives within the technology vertical to improve overall retention
Providing support to the senior management on human resources related matters, policies, and procedures
Providing critical support including salary planning, approval of salary actions, promotions, and job re-leveling
Skills and Abilities:
Demonstrated ability to motivate managers and supervisors to use company practices for optimum productivity
Strong business and Human resource acumen, along with strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative
Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with various levels within the organization to deliver goals
Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal communication skills; additionally, presentation skills and knowledge of employment laws
Ability to work well as part of a team and to create and maintain a good work environment across the network.
Working in an entrepreneurial setting that necessitates excellent multi-tasking ability is a plus.
