**Premium Account Executive**
**About Us**: Phonepe is the leader in the UPI based payments in India with a market share of more than 40%. Our goal is to make payments so easy, safe and universally accepted that people never feel the need to carry cash or cards again. We believe India is at the cusp of a new mobile revolution, which will change the way we manage our money on the go. We see ourselves facilitating this change, through technology and dogged customer centricity. PhonePe went live in 2016 and crossed 5 bn transactions on its platform in 2019. In 2020, PhonePe forayed into diverse areas with the launch of insurance and super funds. Today we have a customer base of 400+ mm users and 33 mm merchants live on our platform.
**Responsibilities**:
- Merchant Acquisition: Onboard new merchants basis understanding of transaction volume and pattern in the assigned geography.
- Relationship Management: Engage with identified merchants to strengthen relationship with these merchants and onboard them on more value added products and services
- Account Management: The PAE’s task is to develop a deep understanding and relationship with each account that any competitor finds it an uphill task to onboard the merchant account. The incumbent needs to up sell & cross sell new products and services featured in the org such as Smartspeaker, EDC machines & certain other products that are suitable for our merchant base.
- Competition Mapping: Study, map and report competition activity in assigned geography basis geographical or category based initiatives to enable faster response.
**Requirements**:
- Graduation
- Good Communication and influencing skills
- Minimum B to C sales experience of 1 year with good performance
- Experience in selling products would be an added advantage (such as CC, EDC/POS, Insurance etc.
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
