Sales Co-ordinator

**JOB DESCRIPTION: -**
- Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
- Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material, presentations or events
- Making the company's products and services as attractive to potential customers as possible.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
- Work with other departments within the company to bring in additional help on creating sales presentations when needed
Requirements and skills
- Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative
positions will be considered a plus;
- Good computer skills (MS Office)
- Proficiency in English
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A team player with high level of dedication
- Masters in business administration or relevant field; certification in sales or marketing will be an asset
- The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
