**Role and Responsibilities**:
As a B2B Marketing Executive, you will be at the forefront of our business development efforts. Your role will involve:

- Identifying and prospecting potential B2B clients, including School, travel agencies, event planners, and corporate partners.
- Developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our resort's services and offerings to B2B clients.
- Building and nurturing strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to create compelling collateral and materials tailored to B2B audiences.
- Attending industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to represent the company and explore new partnerships.
- Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
- Contributing innovative ideas to enhance our B2B marketing efforts and overall business expansion.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in B2B marketing, sales, or business development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively negotiate and influence.
- Familiarity with the hospitality or tourism industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in Presentation skill.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
