**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential students and clients to promote GradX Academy's services
- Follow up with leads generated from marketing campaigns
- Update and maintain accurate records of all calls and interactions in the CRM system
- Identify and qualify potential students and clients
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
- Attend and participate in team meetings and training sessions
- Provide excellent customer service and support to all students and clients

Qualifications:

- Strong verbal communication skills
- Proven sales experience
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in CRM systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Prior experience in a call center or telemarketing role is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹6,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
