**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1.Lead Qualification and Conversion**:

- Identify and qualify leads by evaluating their potential and matching them with company offerings.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, trade shows, and other sources.
- Build and maintain a database of potential clients.

**2.Customer Engagement**:

- Present product information effectively, addressing client questions and concerns to drive interest.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and follow up on potential sales to secure orders.

**3.Sales and Negotiation**:

- Provide competitive price quotations and negotiate terms with clients.
- Prepare and send pro forma invoices (PI) to clients, ensuring all details align with customer requirements.
- Manage inquiries related to product specifications, prices, and delivery timelines.

**4.Reporting and Communication**:

- Prepare regular reports on sales activities and client interactions.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with team members and management to streamline sales processes.

**Requirements**:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-5 years in export sales or a similar role.

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and export documentation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Fluent in English speaking and mail drafting.
