Would be responsible for internal Coordination of generated leads and operations.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for daily operations.
- To allocate the right staff (Nursing, GDA) after discussion with the Public key account manager, Patient coordinator.
- To ensure all reporting related, time related, roaster related, duty related, shift related parameters of paramedical homecare staff to be implemented as per SOP.
- To ensure timely replacement of the staff as required by patient at home.
- To ensure the proper implementation of the care plans in terms of deployment of staff/medical equipments/pathology service in line with the discussion with care manager/Key account manager/Doctors to visit patient place/Home at regular interval to ensure the uninterrupted service and the quality.
- To follow up and ensure the due payment of the patient/party of upcoming cycle.
- To create local vendors for staff, local distributors for medical equipment on rental as an aggregator model with Homecare at a negotiated rate.
- Meeting with internal Doctors for homecare lead updates.
- Closely work with cluster Manager for Business operations.
- Prepare and maintain the MIS data.
- MBA/ PGDM will be preferred.
- Should have basic medical knowledge.

**Salary**: ₹11,251.64 - ₹29,347.11 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Operations: 1 year (preferred)
