**Location**: Delhi, India

**Experience**: 6+ years

**Core Responsibilities**:

- Draft, review, and negotiate legal contracts/agreements/documents, including End User License Agreements, Vendor Agreements, Master Service Agreements and Statements of Works, Data processing agreements, and Partner Agreements
- Develop, implement, and maintain standard templates and forms
- Guide the company's different functions on mitigating legal risk in the commercial context
- Maintaining a repository of Documents reviewed
- Demonstrate a strong ability to: Prioritize and manage work-load effectively, recognize the quick turn-around requirements, Work independently with mínimal supervision, and take responsibility
- Sound knowledge of GDPR, advice on best practices and compliance with global privacy and data protection laws, overseeing legal and regulatory aspects of data collection and use, privacy disclosures and transparency, and related issues

**Essential Skills/ Qualifications/ Experience**:

- 6+ years post-qualification experience, specifically in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating IT/ITES contracts
- Strong academic background from a leading Indian (or other) university
- Sound knowledge of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)and other Privacy and data protection laws
