**Job Title**:Accounting Executive (0-1 years of experience)
**Timings**:5 Day working
**Job description**:
In addition to accounting responsibilities, this role will also involve handling certain Human Resources tasks.
**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Manage GST payment processes, including accurate calculation, timely filing, and compliance with GST regulations.
- Thoroughly understand TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) concepts, calculate TDS on various transactions, and ensure accurate TDS Payments within stipulated deadlines.
- Prepare and file ITR 1 (Income Tax Return) ensuring accurate income reporting and adherence to income tax regulations.
- Handle salary concepts, including salary calculations, deductions, and taxation components, ensuring accurate payroll processing.
- Manage EPF (Employee Provident Fund) and ESIC (Employee State Insurance Corporation) related responsibilities, including contributions, reporting, and compliance.
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial records to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and payment requests in a timely manner.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records for audits and reviews.
- Collaborate with external auditors to facilitate annual financial audits.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of tax returns and compliance with tax regulations.
- Prepare Profit & Loss report on the monthly bases accordingly to the incomes and expenses during the month.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
**Some HR Responsibilities**:
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive financial and HR information**.**
- Recommend process improvements and implement best practices for increased efficiency and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Handle basic employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Participate in the hiring process by reviewing resumes, conducting initial screenings, and collaborating with hiring managers.
- Support HR initiatives such as employee engagement activities, performance evaluations, and training programs.
- Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely payment to employees.
