As an Accounting Executive/Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining day-to-day bookkeeping, reconciliations, period closing, and monthly review of accounts.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing as below:

- Vendor Bills Processing
- Vendor Statement Reconciliation
- Bank Entries and Reconciliation
- Credit card Entries and Reconciliation
- Payroll Processing and Payroll Entries
- Preparation of customer invoices and mailing
- AR and Revenue Reconciliation
- Merchant Receipts Reconciliation
- Updating Document Checklist and Maintain Documents
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Payroll Recording and Reconciliation
- Accruals, Prepayments, Deferred Revenue, Depreciation and Month end Adjustments
- Team Communication
- Review and preparation of financial statements
- Protect confidential details of clients

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CA, Inter-CA,
- Experience in USA or UK accounting would be preferable.
- Experience in Restaurant accounting and Franchise accounting

**Years of Experience**:

- 2 to 3 years in relevant work profile/scope

**Required Skills**:

- MS Excel
- Preferable to have skills of using Intuit quickbooks (QBO), Xero
- English communication - Written and Verbal
- Professional Etiquettes

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
