**Profile Introduction**:
A Restaurant Captain, also known as a Head Waiter or Captain Waiter, is a key position in the hospitality industry. This individual is responsible for overseeing the smooth functioning of the restaurant floor, ensuring exceptional customer service, and coordinating the efforts of the front-of-house staff. The Restaurant Captain plays a pivotal role in enhancing the overall dining experience for guests.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Supervision**:

- Oversee and coordinate the activities of the front-of-house staff.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to ensure efficient operation.
- **Customer Service**:

- Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests.
- **Staff Training**:

- Train new staff members on service standards, policies, and procedures.
- Provide ongoing training to enhance the skills of the service team.
- **Order Management**:

- Supervise the order-taking process and ensure accuracy in serving.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and quality food service.
- **Quality Control**:

- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- **Problem Resolution**:

- Address and resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with management to implement improvements based on feedback.
- **Sales and Upselling**:

- Encourage upselling and promotion of menu items to maximize revenue.
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or excesses to management.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 per month
