Inside Sales Representative

**Role & responsibilities**
**Prospecting and Lead Generation**:
- Research and identify potential customers who can benefit from our 2D & 3 D CAD design solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop targeted outreach strategies to attract potential clients.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand the specific requirements and challenges of potential customers.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to prioritize sales efforts and focus on high-potential opportunities.
- Clearly articulate the features, benefits, and value proposition of our 2D & 3D CAD design solutions to prospects.
**Sales Pipeline Management**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, interactions, and opportunities in the existing system.
- Continuously monitor and manage the sales pipeline to ensure timely follow-up and progression of leads through the sales process.
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize on closing tactics and overcome any obstacles in the sales cycle.
**Closing and Revenue Generation**:
- Develop persuasive sales proposals and quotes tailored to the specific requirements of prospects.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure deals and achieve sales targets.
- Close sales transactions and ensure smooth handoff to the implementation or customer success team.
- Proven track record of success in inside sales or business development roles, preferably in the technology/software industry.
- Strong understanding of 2D & 3D CAD design principles and solutions is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport, establish relationships, and influence decision-makers.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in sales tools for pipeline management and reporting.
