**Designation: Telemarketing Sales Executive (Real Estate)**

**Job Location**: Chembur, Mumbai

This profile will require you to speak on the phone with different clients and to get them on site. You also have to meet these clients face to face on site.
- You will be responsible for attending to inquiries generated through Digital Marketing activities and addressing their needs.
- Understand the client's needs and propose an appropriate solution that suits them best
- Build rapport with clients and invite them for site visit
- You will also be coordinating with other team members to make sure clients' needs are fulfilled and no client is missed
- You will be responsible for achieving the target set by the company and will be incentivised accordingly.

**Requirements**:

- Can fluently speak English, Hindi & Marathi
- Telesales experience in Real estate or similar industry preferred
- Basic computer skills including MS Excel, Google Sheets
- Must have drive to grow, company loyalty and pro-active about work

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
