- In this role, Manage own work in process and support team efforts to ensure that individual, team and office goals are met of performing quality audits_
- Should be responsible for weekly/monthly reporting to both internal management and client stakeholders._
- Responsibilities_
- _Manage day to day production and ensure SLA’S are met._
- _Complete online training program_
- _Monitor analyses and report on trends in the key underwriting performance drivers._
- _Leading weekly/monthly/quarterly discussions on operations with US stakeholders_
- _Understanding of risks faced by the function and the controls in place to manage and mitigate the risks_
- _Ensuring clarity around priorities and goals for the entire functional area_
- _Ability to function effectively in a team environment exercising good judgment_
- _sQueue Management - Effectively managing and monitoring queue_
- _Performing Quality Audits and sharing detailed feedback for maintaining quality standards._
