You will assist our customer support team in managing inquiries, troubleshooting basic issues, and enhancing the overall customer experience.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide basic product or service information to customers and direct them to appropriate resources.
- Help resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to senior support staff.
- Document customer interactions, complaints, and feedback accurately in the CRM system.
- Assist with processing orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds when required.
- Help maintain an updated FAQ section or knowledge base for customers.
- Contribute to improving customer service processes and workflows.
- Participate in customer service training sessions and workshops.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to suggest improvements to products or services.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to articulate issues clearly.
- A customer-centric attitude with a willingness to go the extra mile to assist customers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) and familiar with basic customer support tools (e.g., CRM software, helpdesk systems) is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and take constructive feedback.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in a customer service or support role (internships or part-time jobs are a plus).
- Basic knowledge of customer support best practices and communication etiquette.
- Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
