**What is the work?**:

- Serve as the primary liaison between the company and its clients, establishing and maintaining strong relationships built on trust and communication. Actively listen to client needs, concerns, and feedback, and provide timely and effective responses.
- Coordinate project activities, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders. Ensure that projects are executed according to plan and within budget while meeting client expectations.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between different teams within the organization, including development, design, QA, and support teams. Ensure alignment on project goals, priorities, and timelines.
- Manage client invoicing, billing inquiries, and payment processing efficiently and accurately. Work closely with the finance department to ensure timely collection of payments and resolution of billing issues.
- Proactively identify and address any issues or concerns raised by clients, working closely with internal teams to find solutions and ensure client satisfaction. Escalate issues as needed and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Act as a strong advocate for clients within the organization, representing their interests and championing their needs. Provide insights and feedback to internal teams to continuously improve products and services based on client feedback.

**What skills and experience are we looking for?**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a software development or technology company.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with clients and internal teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Experience with billing and invoicing systems is a plus.
