**BACK END OFFICER IN CORPORATE SALES TO HANDLE SALES OPERATIONS**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and update product listings on our e-commerce platform.
- Ensure product information, pricing, and images are accurate and up-to-date.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback.
- Handle order processing and ensure timely shipping.
- Conduct regular stock checks and inventory management.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of more than 1 year of experience in e-commerce or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate product listings.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of the fashion and footwear industry is a plus.

**Experience required: 1+ year**
