**Job Summary**:
As an IT Field Sales Person, you will be a pivotal member of our sales force, responsible for driving business growth and building strong client relationships. Your primary focus will be on expanding our clientele, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting our IT recruitment and staffing services to organizations seeking skilled IT professionals. Your success in this role will contribute significantly to our continued success and market dominance.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential clients and industry trends.

2. Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and new clients to understand their IT staffing needs and requirements.

4. Present our IT recruitment and staffing services to clients, highlighting our unique value proposition and benefits.

5. Generate and pursue leads through cold calling, networking, attending industry events, and leveraging online platforms.

6. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

7. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales pitches, proposals, and presentations tailored to the needs of individual clients.

8. Negotiate contract terms and conditions in alignment with company policies and client expectations.

9. Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, opportunities, and outcomes to the sales manager.

10. Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven track record of success in IT sales, preferably in IT recruitment and staffing services.

2. In-depth understanding of the IT industry, job roles, and technological trends.

3. Strong networking skills and the ability to build and maintain productive business relationships.

4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

5. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.

6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

7. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools for lead tracking and management.

8. Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field is preferred.
