Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable individual to join our customer support team as a Customer Support Intern. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our users receive prompt and effective assistance with technical issues, product inquiries, and general support needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide customers through troubleshooting steps and provide clear, concise instructions to resolve issues promptly.
- Act as a liaison between customers and our product development team, reporting and escalating technical issues as needed.
- Educate users on the features and functionalities of our products, offering personalized recommendations and solutions to enhance their learning experience.
- Document customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and sales, to address customer inquiries and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously enhance your technical expertise and customer support skills.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree,
- Previous experience in customer support or technical support roles, preferably within the education or technology sector.
- Strong understanding of digital learning platforms, educational software, and online teaching tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear, step-by-step instructions to users of varying technical backgrounds.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems, support tools, and helpdesk software to manage customer interactions efficiently.
- Passion for education and a commitment to helping learners succeed.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to work on a rotating schedule, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate customer needs.
