**What is the work?**:

- Achieve marketing targets through design of social media strategies and monthly calendar.
- Collaborate and communicate with writers and designers to ensure content is appealing and informative for the reader.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product development teams to create social ‘buzz’ regarding new product launches.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on web traffic and ROI and define most important social media KPIs
- Identifies target audiences.
- Measure the success of every social media campaign.

**What skills and experience are we looking for?**:

- 5-6 Years of experience in social media marketing.
- Handled beauty brand is a plus point.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Strategic thinking.
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Tiktok, Thread, Snapchat and other social media best practices.
- Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research.
