We are seeking a **Client Meeting and Event Manager** to join our team at Elegance Decor. This individual will be responsible for overseeing client relationships, managing event details, and contributing to sales efforts to drive company growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Meetings and Relationship Building**: Conduct client meetings to understand their vision, preferences, and expectations. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, ensuring their wedding/event needs are met.
- **Event Management**: Oversee the planning and execution of events, from initial concept to day-of coordination. Collaborate with vendors, venues, and other stakeholders to ensure flawless event execution.
- **Sales and Business Growth**: Be proactive in converting client leads into sales by presenting our services confidently. Handle inquiries, follow up with potential clients, and provide quotes, closing deals effectively.
- **Social Media & Marketing Support**: Have a basic understanding of social media platforms to help in promoting events and company services. Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand presence and engagement online.
- **Creating Presentations**: Use Canva or other presentation tools to create visually appealing, professional PowerPoint presentations for client proposals and internal team meetings.

**Qualifications**:

- **Relevant Degree**: A degree in **Event Management, Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or a related field** is highly preferred.
- Strong experience in client management, especially within the wedding and event industry.
- Excellent event planning skills, with a deep understanding of the wedding industry.
- Basic knowledge of sales processes and ability to confidently close deals.
- Proficient in Canva or other presentation tools to create high-quality, aesthetically pleasing presentations.
- Familiarity with social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
