BDE/BDM (Sales Department)

Kolkata

**This is for elderly care organizations**, and the **health care background** experience is highly preferable.

**Experience**:
5 years and above (Preferably from any healthcare background)

**Salary**:
35K-40K per month

**Role Description**:
The manager/executive will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, pursuing new business opportunities, and managing a team of sales representatives. The Manager will also be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies and collaborating with interdepartmental teams.

**Qualifications**:

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional sales skills and should have prior experience in business development or a related field
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets consistently
- Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or another related field

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
