We are looking for an Admin cum Client Service Executive to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support the office of the co-founders.

His/her responsibilities include managing calendars, making travel arrangements and preparing various reports. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance.

**Salary**: 10,000 pm

Location: Work from Home

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as the point of contact among prospective and existing clients, employees and other external partners
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries
- Track daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports
- Organize and maintain the office filing system for physical and electronic documents
- Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members, partners, clients and leads
- Arrange corporate events to take place outside of the work place, such as business exhibitions, internal meetings and staff appreciation events
- Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
- Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele
