**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the English department, ensuring a cohesive and effective team.
- Oversee the development and implementation of the English curriculum, ensuring it meets educational standards and addresses student needs.
- Mentor and support English faculty, providing professional development opportunities and regular feedback.
- Teach English language and literature classes, modeling best practices in instruction.
- Coordinate and oversee departmental meetings, setting goals and priorities for the team.
- Monitor and assess the performance of English faculty and students, implementing improvements where necessary.
- Foster a positive and inclusive department culture that promotes collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Participate in hiring and onboarding new English faculty members.
- Engage with parents, guardians, and the broader school community to communicate the department’s vision and address any concerns.
- Stay updated with the latest educational trends, methodologies, and resources in English education.

**Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree in English or a related field; a Ph.D. is preferred.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Proven experience in teaching English at the secondary or post-secondary level.
- Previous leadership or administrative experience in an educational setting.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of curriculum development and instructional strategies.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and tools for teaching and administration.
- Commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive educational environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
