- Make outbound calls to customers
- Meet department productivity and quality standards
- Ability to handle high volume calls
- Strive to achieve a first call resolution
- Responsible for corresponding with customers

**Requirements**:

- 1 or more years of Call Center experience required.
- Excellent negotiation skills & Communication Skills
- Good Thought process
- Experience: 6 months plus in any international BPO
- Ability to work over weekends
- Ability to multitask.
- Ready to work from office
- Ready to commute self

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Night shift
- UK shift
- US shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- International voice process: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- New Delhi, Delhi (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- New Delhi, Delhi: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
