Advanced Accelerator Applications (AAA) is seeking an Associate Director Strategic Business Partner for Global Functions AAA to collaborate with Business Owners/Users and Operations Business Partner to understand their demand, strategize solutions and collaborate on delivery of valuable IT solutions representing Global Functions, while working closely with TechOps, Supply Chain, Quality and Finance Departments
- Act as a consultant and advisor providing guidance to improve business processes, products, services, and software through data analysis.
- Engage with business leaders and leverage the appropriate TT teams and Functions to govern requirements and deliver data-driven recommendations to improve efficiency and add value.
- Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Performs data analysis, identifies business needs, defines requirements, documents processes and procedures, and advises on ways to be more efficient.
- Create new models based on understanding of how data-driven changes to process, products, services, software, and hardware can improve efficiencies and contribute.
- Create detailed business analysis, outlining problems, identifying gaps in existing functionality, opportunities, and solution recommendations.
- Develop project or product rationale and perform scoping assessments to settle feasibility
- Develop a comprehensive requirement specification that will figure out estimate of cost, time, and resources to deploy solutions. Develop estimates and complete financial model (costs, savings, revenue opportunities, investment horizon, etc.)
- Ensure that relevant customers are involved in specification of new and/or major upgrades to existing services or products. Ensure the overall user experience is at the center of the design for new solutions and services and support super user training
- Ensure consistency and traceability between user requirements, functional specifications, and testing & validation. Support validation and testing as appropriate and ensure alignment to Security and Compliance policies and procedures within Service Delivery scope
- Keep abreast with internal IT systems and documentation requirements, standards (including quality management and IT security), regulatory environments / requirements (if applicable), TT Service Portfolio and with industry standard processes in demonstrating technologies for the business and taking advantage of reusable products, solutions and services wherever applicable.

**Minimum requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in computer sciences, science or comparable education/experience.At least 5 years of work experience in life sciences in business analysis or equivalent role
- Solid understanding of Finance processes and systems
- 6-8 years of ERP (preferably D365 or SAP) experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with computer systems validation practices. Knowledge of IT strategy and architectural standards
- Validated delivery track record in international, distributed organizations
- High degree of initiative, dependability and ability to work with little supervision. Excellent written, verbal and presentation interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to lead in a matrix organization
- Strong customer leadership skills at all levels, including non-technical audiences
