Advanced Accelerator Applications (AAA) is seeking an Associate Director Strategic Business Partner for Global Functions AAA to collaborate with Business Owners/Users and Operations Business Partner to understand their demand, strategize solutions and collaborate on delivery of valuable IT solutions representing Global Functions, while working closely with TechOps, Supply Chain, Quality and Finance Departments.
- Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Be the Technology Service Partner and represent Global Functions, while working closely with TechOps, Supply Chain, Quality and Finance Departments.
- Gather Requirements and perform Prioritizing Assessments to determine feasibility of a Project/Solution, while identifying gaps in existing functionalities and developing a comprehensive requirement specifications that will figure out estimate of cost, time and resources to deploy the solutions.
- Drive and collaborate with delivery team to implement new IT abilities and develop functional solutions according to specifications and fit for purpose.
- Ensure that relevant customers are involved in specification of new services and/or major upgrades to existing services, and that the overall user experience is taken into account when crafting and deploying new solutions and services.
- Keep abreast with internal IT systems and documentation requirements and standards (including quality management and IT security), as well as with industry standard methodologies in demonstrating technologies for the business and with regulatory environments / requirements if applicable.
- Take accountability to ensure adherence with Security and Compliance policies and procedures within Service Delivery scope.Participate in ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365 [D365]) deployments, upgrades, and implementations of added functionality.
- Contribute to business leads as they prepare for implementation of new IT Proficiencies and introduce process changes in the organization. Establishes a culture of accountability, collaboration, courage and continuous improvement

**Minimum requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in computer sciences, science or comparable education/experience.5+ years of work experience in life sciences in business analysis or equivalent role.
- Excellent understanding of TechOps, Supply Chain, Quality and Finance processes and systems.
- 6-8 years of ERP (preferably D365 or SAP) experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience with computer systems validation practices.
- Knowledge of IT strategy and architectural standards.
- Validated delivery track record in international, distributed organizations. High degree of initiative, dependability and ability to work with little supervision.
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to lead in a matrix organization. Strong customer leadership skills at all levels, including non-technical audiences.
