*Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual.
*Manage and maintain the reception area, cafeteria and office premises ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
*Coordinate with other departments to schedule appointments and meetings.
*Manage and maintain office supplies, including ordering, stocking, and distributing as needed.
*Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, photocopying, scanning, and filing.
*Perform other administrative duties as assigned by seniors and management.
*Regular supervision on security & housekeeping. In charge of inventory control of stationery, paper (check & stock), sundries & issuing of purchase requisitions.
*Managing vendor management related to business cards, letterheads, stickers etc.
*Handle administrative duties.
*Organizing Festival Pooja's celebrations etc.
*Support to other departments such as HR, Design,Accounts, Marketing, and Admin department on daily basis.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
