Our Client a leading Logistics services Provider (3PL/C&F, 4PL, Inventory Management Logistics, Reverse Logistics, Last Mile Deliveries, Just In Time Deliveries and Cold Chain) requires (GM- Supply Chain) for their office at Makarba area of Ahmedabad

Job Position: RCM - Co-Ordinator (Back office coordinator)

Qualification: Graduate

Gender - Female only

Experience: Min. 1.5 year

Salary : 20000 to 22000

Job Location : Makarba, Ahmedabad

**Responsibilities**:

- Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency
- Maintain files and records with effective filing systems
- Support other teams with various administrative tasks (redirecting calls, disseminating correspondence, scheduling meetings etc.)
- Greet and assist visitors when they arrive at the office
- Monitor office expenditures and handle all office contracts (rent, service etc.)
- Perform basic bookkeeping activities and update the accounting system
- Deal with customer complaints or issues
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders
- Assist in vendor relationship management

**Experience**:

- Data entry: 1 year (preferred)
