**Job description**

We are seeking only females who are highly motivated and experienced managers to lead our team of Sales and Operations team, Tele-callers and Trainers. The Education team is customer-centred, diverse, and collaborative, united by a common purpose to help educators, researchers, and students achieve success.

The Sales Manager will have a strong focus on the Education strategy for Gurgaon location, maximising our revenue, and building key long
- term relationships in this sector.

**Position to be located in Gurgaon, Haryana**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets, revenue targets, and customer success
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team. Collaborate with Technical teams to grow the usage of our product
- Coach and guide team members on territory/account engagement plans and executions.
- Establish, nurture, and maintain a strong network of relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in each account.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the education, research and industry use, and provide insights to the management team on emerging trends, and competitive landscape.
- Build and maintain a high-performing team culture, where team members feel empowered and motivated to collaborate and achieve goals.
- Hire and ramp up new team members as needed.
- Participate in the planning, implementation, and execution of annual goals and priorities.
- 25%-40% travel is expected within Gurgaon

Additional Qualifications

Strong understanding of the education industry, with a focus on the Higher Education Sector and skill development

Proven track record of success in managing large accounts, developing strategies, driving sales, revenue, and customer satisfaction.

Good understanding of the industry software tools (e.g., CRMs) and proven experience in working with data-driven management.

Effective leadership and coaching skills: ability to guide, motivate, and inspire others.

Excellent communication skills, demonstrating proactive behaviour with a strong sense of initiative.

Ability to get things done and deliver projects collaboratively. Fluency in English and Japanese language is a must. Education or institutional organisation knowledge is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
