We Elixr Labs as Offshore Development Partner of Mobileheartbeat (Hospital Corporation of America’s fully owned subsidiary).We thrive by creating solutions to primarily improve the efficiency of healthcare professionals and installations. Our mobility solutions give a blanket coverage over all functions in the healthcare vertical from research to surgery. Our team consists of engineers who are experienced in this niche vertical that requires unique set of skills that cater to creating solutions for the healthcare vertical.

**What You'll Do**

**What You Will Work On**
- Work with stakeholders and clients to identify and prioritize product features and requirements
- Create and manage the product backlog, ensuring that it is well-groomed and up-to-date
- Communicate product status and progress to stakeholders and clients
- Provide guidance and support to the development team throughout the development process
- Work with the UX team to ensure that the product is user-friendly and meets user needs
- Act as a liaison between the development team, stakeholders, and clients
- Support pre-sales activities, including conducting demos and presentations
- Help clients and team members learn and understand the agile process
- Manage expectations and prioritize requirements based on business value and user needs

**The skills and qualifications you'll need-**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience with a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Product Owner
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Scrum Master experience is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Willingness to travel as required
- PSPO-I or CSPO Certification is preferred.
