- We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Product Owner to join our client, a leading product firm in the UK.

- You will play a pivotal role in driving the development of innovative software solutions using agile methodologies.

- You will collaborate effectively with stakeholders, development teams, and product managers to ensure the delivery of high-value features that meet business Conduct in-depth stakeholder analysis to understand their needs, expectations, and priorities.

- Model business processes, creating clear context, workflow, and status diagrams.

- Elicit, analyze, and meticulously document requirements and acceptance criteria (business, stakeholder, functional, and non-functional).

- Employ effective validation techniques (e. , documentation reviews, product demos) to ensure solution alignment with requirements.

- Manage and prioritize product backlog through iterative refinement sessions.

- Facilitate collaborative decision-making, navigating competing priorities and trade-offs.

- Provide ongoing support and clarification to development and testing teams.

- Assist with business testing activities (optional).

- Establish and continuously improve robust Business Analysis and Requirements Management processes.

- Integrate Agile delivery principles seamlessly within the team's workflow.

- Maintain a holistic view of the product ecosystem, considering business objectives, needs, and plans.

- Identify and communicate potential risks and dependencies impacting delivery timelines.

- Conduct engaging customer show-and-tell sessions to showcase completed functionalities.

Skills & Qualifications:

- 7-10 years of experience in product ownership or a related field.

- Proven track record of successfully managing product backlogs and driving project delivery in an agile environment (e. , Scrum, SAFe).

- Expertise in eliciting, analyzing, and documenting user stories and acceptance criteria.

- Strong understanding of business process modeling techniques.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, effectively bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Ability to write clear, concise, and well-structured product documentation.

- Superior time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.

- Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and other relevant collaboration tools.

- Fluency in written and spoken English A passion for innovation and a desire to continuously learn and improve are essential
