Experience in using monitoring and performance testing tools - Grafana, DynaTrace, Splunk, JVisualVM, JMC, JMeter, HP Load Runner

Experience in identifying performance bottlenecks by analyzing AWR reports and fine-tuning complex queries.

Experience with fine tuning ORMB batches, interfaces, algorithms, UIs, zones analyzing both custom and base product components.

Experience in infrastructure management, estimations and server sizing

Problem solving ability to drill down into details of each component to uncover areas for improvement.

Lead performance engineering team taking end to end accountability of system performance and scalability supporting day to day operations.

Own, maintain, and develop performance engineering and testing infrastructure including benchmarks, test frameworks.

Promote performance standards, best practices and provide guidance to software engineers.

Use monitoring tools to help diagnose, improve, and resolve performance issues.
