Our focus sector is Weddings. The company helps in building Wedding Websites, sending invites, ordering invites, and other collaterals like paper bags, boxes, welcome notes, programmer sheets etc. all in one theme and at one place.

Job Brief:
We're seeking a creative Visual Merchandiser to join our team, focusing on designing captivating displays for our wedding invitations and related stationery items. Your role involves creating visually appealing setups that align with our brand, showcasing our collections to delight our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create stunning displays showcasing our wedding invitations, paper bags, boxes, and welcome notes, ensuring they reflect our brand's style and appeal to customers.
- Develop creative ideas to enhance the presentation of wedding invitations, RSVP cards, and save-the-dates using lighting, decor, and thematic elements.
- Stay updated on the latest wedding invitation trends, colors, typography, and decorative elements to integrate them into captivating displays.
- Collaborate closely with design, sales, and marketing teams to understand product features and customer preferences, ensuring consistent visual representation across platforms.
- Supervise the team to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the order process, delivering on time.
- Offer advice on product design to meet customers’ needs and supervise the team to enhance service delivery
- Plan layouts strategically to maximize the visual impact of our wedding invitation collections, considering customer flow and experience.
- Coordinate with inventory teams to manage stock levels for displays and ensure timely restocking for appealing setups.
- Maintain consistent visual merchandising standards across various platforms or locations, ensuring brand consistency.

**Requirements**:

- 1 years of visual merchandising experience, preferably in the wedding invitation or related creative industry.
- Strong creative skills, with an eye for design, colors, typography, and layout composition.
- Effective verbal and visual communication skills for collaborating with diverse teams.
- Knowledge of current wedding industry trends and design aesthetics specific to invitations.
- Proficiency in relevant design software/tools.
- Ability to adapt and multitask in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
