Roles & Responsibilities
- Using scripts to contact both existing and prospective customers
- Looking at customer benefits and other pertinent data for additional sales follow up
- Addressing needs and queries of the customer
- Keeping track of calls and coordination with the sales team, aligning the relevant leads to each person
- Experience in delivering sales pitch over call and adapting as per the situation

Necessary Functional Skills
- Good communication skills - listening and asking relevant questions
- Good memory - can memorise calling script
- Excellent follow up skills
- Must have good command over English, both spoken and written
- Good team coordination skills
- Should have working knowledge of MS Office especially Excel & Word
- Should have 2 years of telecalling experience

Education
- UG: Any Graduate
