Job Roles and Responsibilities

Role:
Responsible for navigating and optimizing the availment process of government subsidies and schemes related to MSME’s in India, ensuring compliance, and maximizing benefits for such MSME’s

**Responsibilities**:

- Client handling:

- Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring effective communication to address concerns.
- Ensuring client satisfaction, resolving issues promptly, and promoting a positive experience to foster long-term partnerships.
- Research and Analysis:

- Stay abreast of government subsidies, grants, and schemes relevant to MSME’s.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify opportunities for availment.
- Application Management:

- Ensure all required documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted within specified deadlines.
- Compliance:

- Monitor changes in government regulations and policies related to subsidies and schemes.
- Ensure organizational compliance with all relevant requirements.
- Optimization Strategies:

- Develop strategies to optimize the availment process and maximize benefits.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align organizational goals with available government incentives.
- Relationship Building:

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with government agencies and officials.
- Act as a liaison between the organization and government entities to facilitate smooth communication.
- Training and Education:

- Provide training to internal teams on the availment process, compliance, and best practices.
- Stay informed about industry trends and share insights with the team.

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- MSME: 1 year (preferred)
