To assist the Principal in performing all the below mentioned duties and responsibilities:
1. Coordination of admission initiatives along with Admission Bureau.

2. Coordination of various activities as a member of Senior Leadership Team.

3. Man power planning for teaching faculty with HR.

4. Involve in the recruitment process for the teaching faculty.

5. Induction of new staff on academic program.

6. Allocation of duties to staff & workload calculation.

7. Plan for the academic year
- Books & Notebooks
- Assessment schedule
- Syllabus
- Calendar
- Student development activities

Ø Co curricular activities - Clubs (Science, Adventure, Popcorn and Heritage)

Ø Coactivity sessions

Ø Extracurricular activity - Performance and Martial arts

8. Staff
- Professional development activities
- On the job training
- Seminars & workshops

9. Staff evaluation
- To ensure academic plan implementation.

10. Auditing of students & staff assignments
- Students - Note books (C.W & H.W)), Work book, assignments, projects, planner
- Staff - Work done, Edusparrow updation, Records maintained, setting of question papers, evaluation of answer scripts.

11. Student performance analysis & remediation.

12. Organizing PTC to ensure an effective channel of communication between parents and staff.

13. Coordinating with other department: HR, Transport, Finance, Stores, Admin, Securities and House Keeping.

14. Ensuring adherence to the board’s byelaws & school policies.

15. Submission of reports quarterly to the management.

16. School management committee Meeting - coordination.

17. To perform other related activities.

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
