**Role And Responsibilities**:
- Work according to the menu specifications by the immediate superior.
- Follows the instructions and recommendations from the immediate superiors to complete the daily tasks
- Coordinates daily tasks with the operations heads/managers.
- Awareness of pastry/dessert/bread menu items, their recipes, methods of production and presentation standards.
- Ensure that the production, preparation and presentation of dessert are of the highest quality at all times
- Ensure highest levels of guest satisfaction, quality, operating and food costs on an ongoing basis.
- Follows good preservation standards for the proper handling of all food products at the right temperature.
- Coordinate and participate with other sections of requirements, cleanliness, wastage and cost control.
- Personally responsible for hygiene, safety and correct use of equipment and utensils.
- Checks periodically expiry dates and proper storage of food items in the section.
- Carry out any other duties as required by management
- Should be able to plan and make the dessert menu and coasting.
**Skill Required**:
- Previous Training experience of 3-4 months in Pastry and Dessert preparation
- Positive attitude
- Proven ability to work with a team and to follow instruction
- A passion to learn and a drive to succeed in a culinary/hospitality career
- A passion for food and the culinary arts
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
