Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Pastry Chef DCDP located in Bengaluru. You will work closely with the Head Chef to assist in creating and executing desserts and pastries for the bakery. You will also be responsible for preparing ingredients, maintaining equipment, and ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are met. As part of the pastry team, the you will play a key role in ensuring that customers enjoy an exceptional bakery experience.

Qualifications

Reuired:

1. Passion for baking breads like sourdough, and sweet pastries.2. Knowledge of a variety of pastry techniques and ability to execute them flawlessly3. Ability to read and follow recipes accurately4. Team Player and a positive attitude5. Flexibility and willingness to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Desired, not mandatory:

1. Professional training or certification in pastry arts2. Experience in a fast-paced bakery or pastry kitchen
