**Job Description: Compensation and Benefits Manager**
- Position Overview:

- The Compensation and Benefits Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the organization's compensation and benefits programs in alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements. The incumbent will analyze compensation data, develop competitive salary structures, design & implement the Rewards and Recognition program, and administer employee benefits to attract and retain top talent while ensuring internal equity and compliance.
- Knowledge:

- 1. In-depth understanding of Indian labor laws, taxation, and regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits.
- 2. Proficient knowledge of compensation benchmarking methodologies, salary surveys, and industry trends.
- 3. Familiarity with various employee benefits schemes, including healthcare, retirement plans, and statutory benefits.
- Skills:

- 1. Excellent analytical skills to interpret compensation data, conduct market analysis, and make informed recommendations.
- 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and regulatory authorities.
- 3. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or other data analysis tools for modeling, forecasting, and reporting compensation metrics.
- 4. Ability to develop and implement compensation and benefits policies, procedures, and guidelines aligned with organizational goals and industry best practices.
- 5. Exceptional problem-solving abilities to address complex compensation and benefits issues, resolve conflicts, and mitigate risks.
- Abilities:

- 1. Ability to lead and manage cross-functional projects related to compensation and benefits initiatives.
- 2. Demonstrated capability to collaborate with HR Business Partners, Finance, and other departments to ensure seamless execution of compensation and benefits programs.
- 3. Proven track record of maintaining confidentiality and integrity while handling sensitive compensation information.
- 4. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing compensation databases, records, and documentation.
- 5. Capacity to adapt to evolving regulatory changes and market dynamics impacting compensation and benefits practices.

- Education and Experience:

- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or relevant professional certifications (e.g., Certified Compensation Professional - CCP) preferred.
- 2 to 6 years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits management, preferably in multinational corporations or large Indian enterprises.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing comprehensive compensation structures, incentive programs, and employee benefits packages in compliance.
