**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated fresher to join our sales team as a **CRM and ERP Sales Executive**. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our CRM and ERP solutions to potential clients. You will develop a deep understanding of our products, identify customer needs, and provide tailored solutions to drive business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and generate leads through market research, networking, and cold calling.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable CRM and ERP solutions.
- Deliver product presentations and demos to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure smooth implementation of solutions.
- Meet and exceed sales targets on a regular basis.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Strong interest in technology, sales, and client management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.

Pay: ₹10,208.57 - ₹42,469.63 per month
