- **Lead Generation**: Gather leads and create sales opportunities by speaking with prospective and current customers.
- **Customer Interaction**: Handle incoming calls from consumers seeking assistance, information, or support related to a product or service provided by the company.
- **Customer Service**: Resolve customer inquiries, take surveys, and gather feedback.
- **Product Knowledge**: Understand the offerings thoroughly to effectively communicate their benefits.
- **Documentation**: Document customer feedback for follow-up actions.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication skills are essential.
- **Active Listening**: Ability to listen attentively and understand customer needs.
- **Patience and Empathy**: Handle customer queries with patience and empathy.
- **Computer Literacy**: Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation.
