Description

**Responsibilities**
- Analyze alerts in real-time, prioritize issues, troubleshoot, manage escalations, handle incidents, and resolve problems promptly.
- Take full ownership of events from detection through resolution, including comprehensive reporting.
- Mentor junior associates and staff, providing guidance and support in their duties.
- Transfer knowledge to team members and contribute to best practices.
- Install monitoring agents, monitor capacity levels, and generate reports.
- Collaborate with Application Support, Development, Storage, Server, Database, and VM teams to address issues and optimize performance.
- Review system event logs, identify configuration errors, and manage system software verification.
- Monitor usage levels, identify runaway processes, and configure alerts for Oracle and SQL databases.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 3+ years experience with proficiency in monitoring systems and tools.
- Previous 24 X 7 operations experience
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Dynatrace, SolarWinds, ServiceNow ITOM, and similar tools.
- Experience with Microsoft SQL and IIS
- Ability to work flexible hours and occasional weekend support as needed
