**We are looking for a passionate and driven Jewellery Sales Executive to join our team in Trichy**

**About the Role**:
In this exciting role, you will play a key part in driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, and building strong relationships with our valued clientele. You'll be responsible for showcasing our exquisite jewellery collections, including gold, silver, and diamonds, and guiding customers towards perfect purchases that meet their needs and budget.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and engage with customers in a warm and friendly manner.
- Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable jewellery pieces based on their occasion, style, and budget.
- Demonstrate a deep knowledge of gold, silver, and diamond jewellery, including their characteristics, value, and craftsmanship.
- Effectively showcase jewellery features and benefits, highlighting the unique qualities of each piece.
- Process sales transactions efficiently, handling cash and credit card payments accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized jewellery display, ensuring accurate pricing and information.
- Build strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective communication and upselling techniques.
- Stay updated on the latest jewellery trends, designs, and materials.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive and memorable shopping experience.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in the jewellery industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Passion for jewellery and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
- Strong product knowledge of gold, silver, and diamond jewellery.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customer-centric approach with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems a plus.
