Looking for an English phonics & grammar teacher who will be responsible for creating an engaging and effective learning environment where students can develop their reading, writing, speaking, and listening abilities. The primary goal is to equip students with the foundational skills needed to become proficient readers and writers.

**Responsibilities**:
1 **Classroom Instruction**: Deliver effective and engaging instruction that fosters critical thinking, creativity, and communication skills
- Teach phonics, grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, writing, and oral communication skills

2 **Curriculum Development**: Design and develop lesson plans, instructional materials and assessments aligned with the objectives

3 **Classroom Management** - Establish and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued, respected, and safe

4 **Student assessment & evaluation** - Administer phonics assessments to evaluate students' phonemic awareness, decoding skills, sight word recognition, and reading fluency
- Use assessment data to monitor student performance, identify areas for improvement, and adjust instruction accordingly
- Provide constructive feedback to students on their work, highlighting strengths and areas for growth

5 **Professional Development** - Stay informed about current trends, research, and best practices in English language teaching and education
- Participate in professional development opportunities, such as workshops, conferences, and training sessions, to enhance teaching skills and knowledge

6 **Qualification**:

- Graduate in any field
- Strong proficiency in the English language, including phonics, grammar, syntax, vocabulary
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students from diverse backgrounds
- Fluency in Hindi and Marathi (spoken skills)
- Classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive and supportive learning environment
- Knowledge of educational technology tools and resources for enhancing instruction and student learning
- Experience working with young learners in an educational setting is preferred, but not a must

Phonics Teacher plays a critical role in laying the foundation for literacy development by teaching students the essential skills they need to become proficient readers and writers.
